Iron powder core differential mode inductor is a soft magnetic material that is not saturated under the soft magnetization field and has good DC superposition characteristics, made of high purity reduced iron powder or base iron powder by surface insulation cladding and binder mixing and pressing. Its production process is simple and the price is the lowest among all kinds of metal magnetic powder cores. Toroidal coil inductor, the most ideal shape in inductor theory, uses closed magnetic circuit, few EMI problems, makes full use of magnetic circuit, easy to calculate, low cost, almost all the theoretical benefits go to toroidal coil inductor. Mainly used in power supply, switching circuits, control rectifiers and thyristor control circuits, output chokes and EMI/RFI chokes, and other filters.
