Iron-Silicon Aluminum Differential Mode Inductors

The core is a low loss and relatively high saturation magnetic inductance (10,500 gauss) magnetic material, making it ideal for use in power factor correction circuits (PFC inductors), pulse return transformers and energy storage filter inductors. The magnetostriction of this soft magnetic material is close to zero, and it is also particularly suitable for filters that eliminate in-line noise. The iron-silicon aluminum cores are manufactured without organic adhesives, so there are no heat aging problems and they can be used for long periods of time in the 200°C operating range. Currently available with permeabilities ranging from 26u to 125u, these are the most cost effective powder cores available.
We offer a full range of inductor sizes and inductance ranges to meet customer requirements.
